This data includes your payment data, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information or bank/ account details, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping, and contact details.

We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any schemes, promotions or contests offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We may also monitor customer traffic patterns and Platform use, which enable us to improve the service we provide to customers.

2.2 Use Of Your Photographs and Videos

There may be photographers and/or videographers hired by Pleve.in to record and capture videos and photographs of all the parties present and/or attending and/or participating in house parties/events aggregated or organised by Pleve.in. ‘Parties present’ refers to users who have signed up with Pleve.in and booked the house Party or event for themselves and the guests accompanying them i.e attendees whose entry/ticket is booked by the primary attendee through means of payment, a Pleve.in ambassador, or any person present during/at the event who is invited by the host, in addition to any executives representing any brands associated to the house party/event or any individual present at the house party/event.

If you are participating in a house party/event through any of the mediums or methods demonstrated above, you agree to and grant us the following permissions:

Use of your photographs and videos captured/recorded during these house parties/events for the purpose of posting/uploading on the website and all social media accounts owned by Pleve.in.
Promoting your photographs and videos on the website, pleve.in and all social media accounts owned by pleve.in, organically as well as with targeted paid advertisement campaigns, not limiting its reach to any particular number of users of social media and social networking companies.
Using your photographs and videos on marketing materials like fliers, standees, boards, presentations etc for offline marketing purposes.
Sharing it with the Hosts, under the given terms and conditions of the host agreement, limiting them to use it on their social media accounts both personal and/or business, for the sole purpose of promoting the house party/event hosted/organised by them.

All the photographs and videos captured and recorded at the house parties/event, aggregated or organised by Pleve.in are sole property of Pleve.in. We use these photographs and videos to expand our network and to invite people to be a part of our growing community.

If you are hesitant about your privacy and do not wish to be captured or recorded at the house parties or events aggregated or organised by Pleve.in, you can request the photographers or videographers present at the venue not to do so. Simultaneously, you can also write to us info@pleve.in and request us to not use your photographs and/or videos on our website and in all or any of our social media accounts. It is highly recommended that you request the photographer and/or videographer present at the house party aggregated or organised by Pleve.in not to capture or record your footage if it makes you uncomfortable, as they may not be always hired by Pleve.in. They may also be present on the request of the host (this refers to the host of the event or owner/organiser of the venue).

Keep in mind that anyone present at our parties that may be hired by the host would do so under mutual understanding amongst both parties (host and the photographers and/or videographers). In such cases, the host should take your consent for capturing and recording videos and photographs and Pleve.in will not be responsible for the photographs and videos captured at the event.

Pleve.in hosts must adhere to the Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy policy on this website, which states that they must agree not to misuse any content generated at and through the event hosted and/or organised at their home and/or venue, which may be owned, rented or leased. However, it is advised to request the host or the photographers/videographers not to capture or record your photographs and videos for foreign uses and purposes.

3. Use of Information

We use personal information to provide the product and services on the Platform and for general business purposes. Collection of email enables us to improve your shopping experience.

Further, we use your personal information and your contact information to verify your identity and send you registration confirmation, special offers, recommendations (based on your previous choices, your browsing history and your interests), changes in the service policies or terms of use, event-based communications such as order information, renewal notices, invites, reminders, etc., to troubleshoot problems, to collect monies owed, to measure interest in our products and services, and to inform you about online and offline offers and events and customize your experience.

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we analyse demographic information and profile data about users' activity on the Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Platform.

Once requested to delete, all associated information like past orders and events, stored information, unused credits and vouchers, etc will no longer be accessible to you. In the event that your account has any open orders, payments, or grievances, then we may refuse or delay the deletion of your account.
